There are occasions when you may need to have a confidential chat with someone who is nothing to do with the business. A behavioural psychotherapist works exclusively within William Jackson Food Group to help people with issues ranging from bereavement and depression to problems concerning alcohol to help with managing personal debt. His work is entirely confidential and client specific but provides a unique and invaluable service to those in the business.

Hardship Awards

There are times when people need to turn to others for help in the most testing of circumstances which we all hope never to face. In addition to employee support, additional help has also been given to ensure, for example, parents can visit children in hospital, or to provide a special play area for a child with a particular need. There are many other examples of helping those in hardship but we don’t want to list them, only to say that help is there.
