We do not consider our business to be greatly damaging to the environment, but have identified the following aspects of our operations where we need to be concerned to minimise any detrimental effects:

25 Year Club
Our 25 year club recognises and celebrates the achievement of those employees completing 25 years service within the business. Employees are invited to a celebratory lunch with a guest of their choice, and are rewarded with a commemorative gift.
Higher Education Grants
Aunt Bessie's employees are eligible to apply for a Higher Education Award on behalf of their son or daughter, on the condition that they are attending a full time higher education course.
