About us

As Chief Executive Norman is responsible for the business performance of group companies and the development of the group. His time is split between working with the subsidiary managing directors, the development and execution of the strategic plan and developing our talented management team.

Norman joined in September 2006 with fourteen years experience in the food industry, which included managing director appointments at Baxters Food Group and Strathaird Salmon, and senior commercial posts at Ross Breeders and the corporate office of Hillsdown Holdings Plc. Prior to joining the food industry Norman spent fourteen years as an officer in the British Army.

When not working Norman enjoys spending weekends with his wife and children in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside and travelling further afield on holiday to pursue their love of good food and the outdoors.
